Wheat Flour <br />100 gms. Maida <br />½ tsp. Salt <br />1 tsp. Sugar <br />1½ tsp. Dry Active Yeast <br />Warm Water <br />2 tbsp. Oil <br />½ Cup Milk and 1 spoon Sugar <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- In a bowl add wheat flour and maida through a sieve and add salt. <br />- Make a well in the middle and add sugar, dry active yeast and warm water. <br />- Mix well and add oil to the dough. <br />- Knead the dough properly as shown in the video until smooth. <br />- Grease a bread tin with oil and place the dough inside the tin for an hour. <br />- After an hour, brush the milk and sugar mixture on top of the dough. <br />- Preheat an oven for 5 minutes at 180°C. Bake the bread at 200°C for 10 minutes and 180°C for 15 minutes. <br />- Once out of the oven unmould and brush the bread with butter. <br />- Slice the bread after 3-4 hours. <br /> <br />Delicious and healthy Whole Wheat Brown Bread is ready to serve!
